TAI CHI & QIGONG • 5 Day Introductory Course

About this event


Enjoy fully guided sessions exploring classic Tai Chi & Qigong movements in the comfort of your own home, delivered by a friendly instructor with over 10 years teaching experience.

Please note there is a limit of one free course per person.

Over the course of the 5 days students can learn how to:

  • Integrate the benefits of Relaxation Meditation with the Tai Chi and Qigong movements to create efficient, relaxed, whole-body movements (from the full sequence included in the Energy Booster Course)
  • synchronise breathing with movements (which is explored in more detail in the In-depth Qigong Course)
  • perform simplified, modern Tai Chi movements (from the full sequence included in the Stress Buster Course)
  • trace these movements to their roots in Old Yang-style Tai Chi with demonstrations of pre-modernised Tai chi (which is explored in more detail in the In-depth Tai Chi Course)

Following the Introductory Course, students are welcome to continue attending the daily classes for free if they register on one of the above courses. This is a perfect way to maintain daily practice, the secret to good health and refined skill!
