Offering a two night programme focusing on revitalisation and wellbeing; providing a healthy approach to yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, mindfulness and delicious wholesome food.
Transform your body and mind, with over 5 hours of activities each day, plus the opportunity for mindful walking, use of the hot spa and Spa Massage Therapy treatments.

Just 6 miles from the coast and nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty, known as The Yorkshire Wolds. Renowned for it’s “big sky” and landscapes, ideal for walking, cycling and appreciating the simplicity of nature, while still being in easy reach of the M62 corridor.
Prices start from just £320.00 per person for 2 nights in a shared room including all meals, classes, workshops and use of the hot tub. *Spa Massage Therapies starts from £9.00. Reiki starts from £18.00 per treatment.
