The sound event takes place in our Exeter Sound Studio - a peaceful space designed to help you settle, relax and let go of the day.
The sound frequencies we create with the handmade Wind Gong, Quartz Crystal Bowls and Himalayan Singing Bowls produce Theta and Delta brainwave states associated with dreaming, imagination, creativity and deep relaxation.
As you pleasantly drift into your imagination, you switch off the everyday and can experience intuitive insights.
