This course is for learners who have completed a Tailoring for beginner’s course and would now like to develop their skills further to make fitted garments to a high standard of finish.
The course builds on the skills you have gained in pattern sizing and adapting; pattern layout, pinning and cutting; interlinings and underlining, seams and finishes including; lapels, collars, necklines, pockets and button holes. You will refine and develop your tailoring skills and produce a tailored garment of your choice.
You will be assessed through a range of tasks and activities. This is a non-accredited course but on full completion you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
Course duration: Thursday 9.30am - 12.00pm (12 weeks)
Course Fee: £160.00
