Description

Run as part of the South Gloucestershire Wellbeing College, this 90 minute workshop aims to increase your understanding of emotional resilience and techniques to improve it. We look at five building blocks of emotional resilience; adapting behaviour, recognising feelings, challenging thoughts, resilience techniques and developing positivity.
