We are pleased to introduce our next free Self-Management Course: Take Action for Your Arthritis, held over four consecutive weeks, which will give you a greater understanding of arthritis and empower you to better manage your condition.
This FREE event covers a range of topics, including:
- Pain management
- Healthy eating advice and weight management
- Advice on staying active
- Pacing
- Emotional wellbeing
Each hour-long session will explore a different aspect of self-management, all taking place at 12pm on consecutive Tuesdays: 7, 14, 21 & 28 October.
When registering for this course you will be booked in for all four sessions.
Due to limited spaces available, if you were booked in for the previous Take Action for Your Arthritis course earlier this year you will not be eligible to book a place on this one.
