New Year, New You….? NO! New Year, BE You.

2020 brought enough challenges without us constantly striving to hit the New Years’ Resolutions that we set as we welcomed 2021, full of hope for a brighter year but, alas, we then went straight into a National lockdown.

During these times, whether you’re working from home, home schooling or missing friends and family (or all of these!), the niggles of self-doubt can start to kick in.

We are here to support you and kick that self-doubt into touch as we continue to build the resilience we need to be the best versions of ourselves – in all situations of life.

All women are Resilient Leaders when we have confidence in ‘who we are’ and ‘what we do’ - Skye Deane.

‘Resilient Women Leaders – helping you to thrive’ with Skye Deane.

Skye is a Resilient Leaders Consultant, business owner, mum and military wife, in talking about the session, she shared;

‘Based on the Women as Resilient Leaders research, we completed in 2020, we have identified the internal and external barriers that women face in leadership.

I will introduce you to a toolkit to help you:

• build awareness, confidence, and resilience

• kick away imposter syndrome and self-doubt

• have a voice and a language to describe yourself authentically as a leader

• develop a leadership presence that is felt even when you are not in the room

• develop a clarity of direction that enables you to lead yourself and others through uncertainty, change and even crisis

• know your decisions are made at the right time with the right people in the right place

‘Everyone is a leader, because everyone influences someone’ so irrespective of career and life stage, we understand the issues women face and support and challenge you to be the best version of yourself.’
