Spire Hull and East Riding are excited to invite you to an evening on Dermoscopy, covering everything a beginner needs to know when it comes to the examination technique. This will include what to look out for and consider, indicators for referral and management techniques for commonly found conditions.

This evening is being hosted by dermatologist Professor Shernaz Walton, who regularly sees patients for a range of issues, including eczema and dermatitis, skin cancer, mole and skin tag removal, psoriasis and acne. Prof Walton has restructured the dermatology service in Hull, emphasising the development of community clinics, specialist clinics, leg ulcer and lump and bump clinics, helping to drastically reduce wait times.

Prof Walton has a deeply committed interest to teaching and sharing learning with people across the healthcare spectrum, including GPs, ANPs, nurses and all variety of clinical staff in Primary Care. Whether you are a fresh face when it comes to dermoscopy, or if you are looking for advice or refining your technique or want to share a case from your practice, all are welcome.

As a part of the evening, a buffet dinner will be provided for all attendees.

This session is tailored for a UK GP and HCP audience, and is CPD accredited.
