We would like to invite you to join us on our event "Taking Control: What Steps are you Taking to Improve your Health?" taking place to mark World Diabetes Week and promote general health and well-being.

The programme will commence at 11.30 prompt, with a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer discussing prophetic medicine and healthy diet, followed by a small talk on understanding and interpreting food labels for practical use. The seminar will follow with a prayer and refreshment break.

At 1pm, we are holding a 'Know Your Risk' workshop which helps individuals find out their risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes within the next ten years and advise on what to do next depending on your risk status. The programme will end with a short talk on 'Exercise for Beginners'.

All attendees will be given an opportunity to discuss any queries they have and will be provided with resources to take home.

Lunch will be provided- a health one of-course!
