We launched the 2015/16 HR Outlook survey report on 3 February in association with Workday. The research compares the views of HR and non-HR leaders about HR’s contribution to organisation performance. Both groups are aligned in their views about current strategic priorities, but there are some clear areas of disconnect about how HR delivers on those priorities. Building on what these findings mean for the required HR skills and capabilities, come along and see how CIPD are supporting your CPD!
This interactive session is designed for HR practitioners and consultants who would like to:
• Examine the key findings from the 2015/16 HR Outlook survey report. Do they resonate in your context?
• Delve into the areas where HR and non-HR leaders’ views are disconnected - why are there these differences of opinion?
• Explore what the findings mean for HR practice and the future skills and capabilities of the profession
• See our new CPD offering in action! How can it help you? What else can you expect from CIPD to support your career development?
