Sarah has recently stepped away from a long career as a senior leader in financial services to forge a new career, which allows her to build on her significant corporate experience, alongside her passion and interest in helping others thrive.
Known across Devon for her work as the founder of the Empowering Girls initiative, Sarah is currently training as a coach and recently undertook a solo travel adventure to mark the start of her transition.
In this live webinar, Ciara and Sarah will talk about what it feels like when you’re in the early stages of making a career transition, how it feels to step away from a long and successful corporate career in order to build something new and share insight into the lessons learnt so far.
As a former participant on Ciara’s Career Transitions programme, Sarah will share her experience of being on the programme and having 1-2-1 coaching with Ciara.
