PRS Foundation invites you to the inaugural Talent Development Conference, a free day of expert discussions, presentations and networking opportunities presented with contributions from our network of Talent Development Partners.

Let’s Explore: Coaching for Artists and Composers - the role of coaching as opposed to mentoring and the impact it has on music creators


This event is aimed at music and arts organisations, policy-makers, artists, music creators and talent development pioneers from any sector, and offers a fresh look at the issues facing music creators and the organisations which are helping them to develop and sustain their careers. Practitioners and organisations working in other art forms are welcome as many of the questions explored will be relevant beyond the music sector.
