Talent Forum – The Business Case for Employee Engagement
4.00 – 7.00pm – Monday 23rd April 2012
The Aztec Hotel, Aztec West, Almondsbury, Bristol BS32 4TS
Our next event will explain the importance of employee engagement and why it is integral to your business. You’ll hear from two inspirational speakers, along with having time to network with industry peers and our partner organisations.
Lesley Robertson, Global Head of HR Operations at Clarks. Clarks has been focusing on staff engagement and has developed the successful ‘step forward’ programme within the organisation. Lesley will be sharing her experiences of driving forward engagement and some of the top tips and potential challenges of implementing such a large-scale initiative.
Richard Roberts, Employee Engagement and HR Consultant at enRich. Richard left Virgin Mobile after ten years in 2009 where he was Director of People. He is currently acting as a Consultant to several organisations on Employee Engagement and Employer Branding and will share the key drivers of employee engagement and give you practical tips on what you can do in your own organisation to promote greater employee engagement.
Refreshments will be provided and there will be an opportunity for networking throughout the evening. As with all Talent Forum events all proceeds will be donated to our chosen charity, which on this occasion will be the Sue Ryder organisation.
