Louise Fisher is the Human Resources Director for Xerox Europe. Her role is to lead the HR function. She is a Board Director on a number of Xerox Boards, has responsibility for the Xerox Ethics processes in Europe and she also supports the European Senior Leadership Team in the business and transformation programmes. Louise joined Xerox in 2006 as HR Director for GDO, the technology outsourcing business. Prior to joining Xerox, Louise held business operations and Board level HR roles in a variety of international, blue-chip organizations. Louise holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management. She is also a Fellow of the CIPD and has contributed to a CIPD publication on international mergers and acquisitions and is a regular speaker at HR conferences. Louise was appointed in April 2015 to the Chair of the Board of the CIPD, the UK’s professional body for HR and people development. For six years, Louise was a non-executive director and sat on the Executive Board of the CIPD and a member of the audit committee. Louise is also a member of the CIPD’s Nominations Committee.
