Join the City Architecture Forum for the second exclusive event of the Gracechurch Series to learn about 60 Gracechurch Street, a recently consented 37-storey tower on the western edge of the City Cluster.

Led by Sellar on behalf of Obayashi Properties UK and designed by 3XN, the scheme will provide over 37,000 sqm of best-in-class office space and a free, publicly accessible external area and learning space at level 35. As the southernmost building in the row of towers consented along Gracechurch Street, the building will have a unique vantage point over the river and west London and has the potential to become a new landmark of unique and recognisable design within the emerging City Cluster.

The evening will include a presentation of the project, followed by a panel discussion sharing perspectives from the clients, the architects, and the planners involved in the project.

The evening will be hosted by JJ Sarralde, CEO of The Townscape Consultancy and a committee member of the City Architecture Forum, and the panellists will include:

Luke Ritson, London Studio Leader, 3XN

Lydia Nutt, Principal Urban Design and Heritage Officer, City of London Corporation

Bruce McAra, Director, Obayashi Properties UK

Jonathan Ring, Development Director, Sellar

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn about one of the most exciting new consents in the City!
