What are we talking about?
While most of us are ready for life to go back to normal, one aspect of the pandemic that seems here to stay, at least in some form, is working from home. Many of us have seen the benefits of allowing the team to continue to work from home and have chosen to remain fully or at least partly remote.
In this session, we’ll be joined by Lee Roberston who will share details of the new hybrid way of working that he has recently encountered.
He'll discuss the challenges that businesses face when offering this form of setup while also looking at the positives that it can provide.
This event will be done in our usual format, including breakout rooms giving delegates the opportunity to share their own thoughts and opinions. Delegates can discuss how they have managed the return to the office, if they've chosen to stay at home or if they've opted for a more hybrid approach. There will be a Q&A session conducted, allowing for any burning questions to be put to Lee.
