Riding to the Arctic Circle, pedalling 50 miles in under two hours, and for everyday errands. Bikes are amazing - Richard Sanderson talks us through mile-munching adventures in Scandinavia fighting the elements and the 24-hour daylight of midsummer. He shares with us setting personal-bests against the clock in the world of time trialing. And links this back to the every day cycling available to everyone, we’re all cyclists, and it’s amazing what two wheels and two legs can do.

In-person talk at the Cosmos Centre in St Andrews.
