This community support group kick started in May 2023! And the response has been AMAZING!

We meet to connect, share and create a supportive community, where we can express what's troubling us, share how we overcome difficult times!

Don't feel alone in your experiences, a problem shared is a problem halved.

**This is not a therapy group, but it is facilitated by an art therapist and a psychologist

This is a free event. You can order your own refreshments from the awesome Caramel Lobby Lounge, City Center Rotana.
