Meeting at various places throughout the city for gentle exercise, coaching and mindfullness.
Each week you will be given a meditation prompt to contemplate during our walk. There will be times of silent walking, peer coaching, mindfulness and guided mediation.
Drop in or make it a regular weekly gift to yourself. Be held accountable as you improve your fitness, take time for yourself and work on your goals.
The pace will be set by the group, from a light stroll to power walking. It's up to you! This is your time to focus in on your core values, short and long term goals.
Make sure your dress comfortably, bring water if you think you will need it and a small notebook (if taking notes feels appropriate for you)
