About this event
With Twitter recently changing its Terms of Service to limit the use of images featuring people under their 'Image Consent Rule', we take a look at this in the context of the UK's legal framework, both in terms of data protection laws and copyright as well as other laws which may come into play and what it means for photography and images featuring people. Where can you make photographs and what can you do with those pictures?
Hosted by the AOP's Business & Legal adviser, Nick Dunmur, we discuss this topic with renowned street photographer, Nick Turpin and experienced IP specialist lawyer, Anna Skurczynska of Open Plan Law.
