Meet Your Faciliator, Kat:

Kat is a Tantra Facilitator and an Empowerment & Play Coach who blends a variety of tools to create experiences that are playful and heart-opening.

Through movement, reflection, and connection, Kat supports participants to explore their edges safely, expand what their nervous systems can hold, and rediscover their magnetism and aliveness.
