Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes, completely! No prior experience is necessary. Whether this is your first exploration into sensual embodiment or you’ve already started your journey, you’ll be held with care and guided gently every step of the way.  ✨

Will there be any self-touch involved?

There may be moments where you are invited to connect with your own body, but only through gentle, optional practices like placing a hand over your heart or belly. We focus on energy, breath, and intention. You are always in full choice, and all practices can be done without touch.  ✨

Will we be undressing?

No, this is a fully clothed experience. Think of it more like a guided meditation — we’ll gently direct our attention inward, using breath, intention, and presence to awaken sensuality from the inside out. The focus is on internal connection, not external expression or exposure.

Do I need a partner to attend?

Not at all. This is a solo journey. Everything we explore is about reconnecting with your body, your pleasure, and your inner world. You’ll be invited to move and feel at your own pace.

What if I don’t feel comfortable with a practice?

That’s completely okay. Everything offered is an invitation, not a requirement. Your boundaries are sacred. You’re always encouraged to honour what feels true for you in the moment. Observing, pausing, or simply being present is always welcome.  ✨

What should I wear or bring?

Wear something soft and comfortable that helps you feel at ease and connected to your body. Bring water, a journal, and anything that helps you feel cosy.

Is this a safe space for everyone attending?

Absolutely. Safety, choice, and consent are at the heart of everything I offer. Everyone’s “yes” and “no” will be equally honoured. The container is lovingly held so you can feel supported, grounded, and free to explore.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ground, settle in, and prepare your space. We’ll begin on time, and arriving early allows you to transition gently into the experience.

Will the session be guided?

Yes. You’ll be guided throughout the experience with gentle instructions, embodiment practices, and invitations. There will be options along the way so you can stay connected to your own rhythm and needs.

I’m feeling a bit nervous ...

That is totally normal! Many people feel a bit nervous before their first sensuality or Tantra-inspired workshop. You're not alone. This space is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and paced gently. You’ll be guided every step of the way and encouraged to explore only what feels right for you.
