In the last 45 years we have funded 607 projects, at a cost of £2,4 million and benefiting an estimated 608,000 people.

In our anniversary month we look back at what we have achieved, and celebrate some of our highlighted projects and team members.

Rhobi Samwelly, our local rep from from Mara and FGM survivor and activist will share her experiences fighting for womens' rights, including presenting her work at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

Benedicto Hosea, our local rep from Kigoma shares his experience setting up microfinance and business training schemes in his village, along with agricultural processing and tree planting schemes.

You will also hear about our Marumba integrated village development implemented with Eucanaid, Crowd2Map's mapping project now piloting `land cadastres. and why girls hostels are so important.

There will also be a potted history of where we came from, and a range of other speakers.

There will be a chance to ask questions, and for people to contribute their own reflections.
