Event description
A Retreat/Workshop on Taoist Meditation and Qigong for a sense of being connected to your higher self, feeling connection, oneness and flow.

About this Event

Retreat/Workshop on Taoist Meditation and Qigong

In this workshop you have time to really connect and feel a deep sense of oneness and harmony with nature. You can feel much greater connection with your higher self and that sense of flow, becoming more empowered and more able to act with integrity and to overcome any challenges.

There are four main things on this workshop.

Taoist Philosophy-In order to truly connect to a more potent sense of oneness and harmony with nature, an embodied harmonious life it is powerful to understand Taoist Philosophy. If you understand the philosophy of taoism and similar things you can be connected to the oneness and your higher self much more.

Standing Qigong Flow-In this Retreat there will be one main technique, this main technique is called Standing Qigong Flow. It is the same Technique used by two world renowned Qigong Teachers Sinan Studied with.

Animal Play and Sun and Moon Qigong in Nature- The best transmissions or energy come from nature. We will practice Sun and Moon Qigong as well Animal Play QIgong. Powerful Taoist Meditation practices that are playful, harmonious and enjoyable to do in nature.

Sitting Meditation Flow-We will also be practising one form of sitting meditation which a great QIgong Teacher teaches, which is more flowing and harmonious.

This retreat/workshop is here to help provide a sense of great empowerment to your health and wisdom/truth seeking. The retreat is for people who really want to feel that sense of connection to the tao and to their higher self. For feeling greater stress relief, relaxation, calm, clarity and strength to overcome all difficulties.

About Sinan Sencer-

Sinan studied Taoist Philosophy since 2006 finding it to be super effective for stress, anxiety and feeling peaceful and in the present moment. SInan found QIgong due to a desire to feel more connected to his body and practiced Qigong from Qigong Teachers around the world since 2011. He really found it gave him a strong sense of groundedness, power and harmony. He really loves QIgong and enjoys sharing it with others. He has also faciliated several dance meditation (like ecstatic dance) events, qigong, meditation and sleep meditation events.
