About this event

Release & reconnect through EFT tapping, mindful movement, and joyful community connection.

Join us for a relaxed, soul-soothing afternoon in nature designed to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more connected - within and with others.

This experience combines gentle EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) to regulate and release emotional tension, followed by mindful movement and joyful dancing to come back home to your body.

We’ll close with a laid-back picnic sharing circle to rest, reflect, and connect with like-minded souls.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or simply want to nourish your nervous system - this is a safe, beginner-friendly space to slow down and soften.

You don’t need experience with tapping or dance - just bring yourself, your breath, and an open heart.

Aditi Kaushiva – Movement Facilitator & Founder of Move to Thrive

Hi, I’m Aditi, a movement artist and founder of Move to Thrive, a wellness practice rooted in movement, mindfulness, and nervous system care. After 15+ years in dance, a high-pressure career in banking, and building an 8-figure e-commerce business, I hit burnout hard. That’s when I returned to movement, not as performance, but as medicine.

Now, I guide others to reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and rediscover joy through mindful, expressive movement, breathwork, and community connection. My approach blends Indian philosophy with playful embodiment and emotional healing.

In the past year, I’ve led workshops for Google Cloud, Creative Mornings, Wellnergy Festival, and in community spaces like LGBTQ+ Community Centre and St. Margaret’s House, always with one goal: to create safe, inclusive spaces where we can move, feel, and thrive together.

Let’s move through what weighs you down—and dance into your aliveness.
