In this workshop you will get a taste of the craft of tapestry weaving which will include designing a project, warping and weaving on a tapestry frame. We will weave tapestry stitches and techniques using a variety of colours, yarns, textures and materials and in the process create a small sampler, which could be made into a wall-hanging if desired.

All materials and equipment are provided. If you have a tapestry frame/loom and yarn that you would like to use, you are welcome to bring them.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and the number of participants is limited to 10.

An accompanied child free, for 7-18yrs, see ticket options to apply.

Refreshments will be provided, please bring your own lunch.
