10:10 – Types of audit, Introduction to the Audit process, Audit planning

11:25 – Audit Sponsor meeting, Audit KO meeting, Audit ToR development, Audit scope and lines of enquiry

12:30 – Lunch (provided)

13:00 – Auditor conduct, Audit opening meeting, Audit question techniques

14:50 – Break

15:00 – Executing the audit

15:30 – Catch up time & review of day 1

08:30 – Recap on day 1, Recording evidence, Identifying findings

10:10 – Identifying findings ‘exercise’ & Audit debrief
