Women in Mining UK, in partnership with Women on Boards UK, presents this interactive panel discussion with experienced board members from the natural resources sector. This event will provide attendees guidance and structure for securing their first board seat. Panellists will also share their unique insights into the realities of being a board member.

Women in Mining UK (WIM UK) is a volunteer-run, non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting the employment, retention and advancement of women in the mining sector.
