No. We want this experience to be friendly, engaging, and private.  We want people  to feel that they can share, should they feel called to and comfortable doing so.

Who are Lucy and Bex?

Lucy is the founder of Spirt and Sage Dorset and offers crystal healing, tarot reading, and sound healing. Lucy is based in Dorset, UK. Bex is the founder of Bex Tarot and is also a psychic and evidential medium. Bex is the host of Confessions of a Tarot Reader podcast and is based in London, UK.

What if I don't want to be on camera?

This event is very much camera-on.  Active engagement is a key element.  We will be showing and sharing cards.  There may be times when we debrief as a group, or when Lucy or Bex explain a concept, so if you're overstimulated and need to take a brief camera-off breather, you're welcome to do so.

What if I'm an absolute tarot beginner?

Great!  This class is about exercising your intuition, discussing tarot cards and concepts, and feeling more empowered and confident with tarot. This is a friendly and supportive space.  Do at least a bit of research on the basic tarot concepts (a quick internet search will bring you up to speed).

How are these sessions structured?

A combination of group discussions, and zoom breakout rooms for reading and skills practice in smaller groups or pairs.

Why is there a four participant minimum?

This event is for a community experience, and for hands-on practice.  We want each person to have the opportunity to read for and with different people, learn from different viewpoints and personal experiences, and to allow for different skill levels.  Plus, the more, the merrier.

Question 7

What deck should I bring?

Lucy and Bex will be using a Rider-Waite-Smith (RWS) deck and/or a RWS-inspired deck.  If you decide to bring a non-RWS deck  Lucy and Bex won't necessarily be familiar with your deck. If you don't know if your deck is an RWS deck, check your Little White Book or google the deck for a description.
