This is the online booking system for Eye Tests. Once your eyesight has been booked you will receive eyesight booking conformation from Eventbrite and a short time after you will receive a short questionnaire from Occ Health which you need to complete and submit before your appointment takes place

Please arrive at a reasonable time for the session you have booked and wear a face covering.

These eyesight assessments are primarily to ensure Taser & Level 2 Driving eyesight compliance with current standards and do not replace the visit to a qualified optician. Please note you do not need to attend OH if you have had an OH eyesight test or sent in an optician’s form within last year for recruitment purposes. Please contact OH first to check if an appointment is required instead of self-booking.
