From the moment you step onto the Sixth Form campus, you’ll get a taste of independence, creativity, and opportunity. Meet your potential future tutors, explore the courses, and experience the buzz of college life first-hand.
What to Expect:
- Try out 3 real lessons in your chosen subject area — from Law, Criminology, Psychology, English Literature, Chemistry, Physics and Biology.
- Tour our industry-standard facilities — see the workshops, studios, and classrooms where skills come to life.
- Get advice and inspiration from our sixth form team about your next steps after school.
- Enjoy the social side — bring lunch to have in our social spaces, join fun activities, and start making friends who share your passions.
By the end of the day, you won’t just have visited Chesterfield College — you’ll have lived it.
Please note that these taster sessions are designed for students 14 - 16 years old considering their FE options. By completing the parent/ guardian details you are acknowledging parental consent for attendance at the taster session.
Eventbrite is not a college service, however we acknowledge it is a widely used and reputable service for events management.
• To aid organisation of college events, attendee information may be shared with the relevant staff in the College e.g. list of attendees could be provided to the college host.
• We will store your information securely, so that we can communicate to you about the event (e.g. cancellation of event, changes to the itinerary, a satisfaction survey).
• We delete our access to personal information on Eventbrite after 6 years (this mean our access not how long Eventbrite retain the data for).
