Find some space and calm in your busy world.

Join Jennifer Gilroy for a FREE taster session ahead of her course starting on 3rd October.

This course is suitable for beginners and those who would like to rekindle their love for mindfulness.

On this 8 week course we will take a look in-depth at mindfulness, learn core mindfulness teachings, practices and meditations and take the time to develop a mindfulness practice that you can use throughout the rest of your life.

The course includes elements of mindfulness based cognitive therapy and mindfulness based stress reduction and is taught in a rich and meaningful way. During each session we will focus on a particular area, meditate, reflect and there will be plenty of opportunity to share experiences and support your own and each-other's learning.

This will be a great group setting which provides you with support throughout your mindfulness journey. You will also receive a coursebook.
