What is the minimum age?

Our minimum age is 14, but under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

You will get an information email shortly before the event with directions and what you should bring. Essentially you will need jogging bottoms or sports leggings, a sports top, comfortable trainers, and a water bottle. All other equipment is provided.

How physically active will the session be?

The coaches will tailor the activity to your level of fitness and mobility. If you have particular requirements or concerns, we'd be happy to speak with you (please use the contact form on our website).
