About this Event

If you're looking to improve the communication, productivity and engagement of your dispersed teams, join our taster team workshop to discover practical tools and tips that will help your teams work together more effectively.

As remote work continues for many and employees collaborate as dispersed teams, it is essential that leaders, managers and team members receive the tools they need to work together successfully.

Participate in one of our free online workshops to experience an interactive team development session and develop an understanding of how cognitive diversity and brain science could maximise your team's collaboration and productivity.

Supported by our robust profiling tool (The Emergenetics Profile) the team workshops reveal individual and collective strengths, provide practical ways for teams to work together more effectively and support strong workplace cultures - with or without a traditional office space.

As part of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to try a complimentary Emergenetics Profile for yourself and during the session, you will receive your personal Profile (worth £200). This involves filling in our short online questionnaire before you attend on the day.

By attending this session, you will discover tools, tips and strategies to:

  • Increase self-awareness and develop greater awareness of others
  • Recognise, celebrate and utilise the strengths of others
  • Enhance communication and collaboration
  • Improve outcomes using the power of cognitive diversity
  • Promote stronger, high-performance teams
  • Build a diverse and collaborative team and workforce
  • Effect positive and long term behavioural change
  • Increase the flexibility and impact of learning strategies

Who is this session for?

This is a brilliant opportunity for Team Leaders or HR and L&D professionals to think differently about how you might approach team communication and people development in your role or organisation. It's also an ideal introduction to Emergenetics for those looking to add new tools and knowledge to their skillset or become certified in Emergenetics.

See our FAQs below for more information. We hope you can join us!

What is a virtual Meeting of the Minds workshop?

Meeting of the Minds is the name of our signature team development workshop that teams and cohorts attend to understand Emergenetics, receive their personal Profile and identify practical actions to improve the way they work together.

Whether hosted in person or virtually, the workshop empowers individuals and teams to understand and celebrate individual differences and immediately communicate and collaborate more effectively.

What is the Emergenetics Profile?

Developed from a foundation of psychology, social analytics and brain science, the Emergenetics Profile uniquely and accurately measures how people think and behave. The three behavioural and four thinking attributes are represented in a clear, colour-coded report, making it memorable and immediately applicable.

Each Profile also includes full access to the Emergenetics+ mobile app, providing real-time interaction tips specific to the individual or group selected.

How is Emergenetics different from other Profiling tools like MBTI?

  • Measures both thinking and behavioural preferences separately and distinctively
  • Is scientifically robust - valid and reliable and is regularly renormed
  • Is easy to read, interpret and remember
  • Includes an innovative mobile app that acts as a personal coach in your pocket
  • Celebrates individual nuances, nobody is boxed in
  • Creates a positive, strengths-based language
  • Is easy to integrate into existing development initiatives

What time does the online workshop start and finish?

We will start the session at 9:30 and recommend joining online 10 mins before to make sure you are comfortable with the platform (Zoom) and have your audio and video working. The session will include a couple of short breaks and finish by 12:30. An agenda for the day will be available once you have registered.
