Description

These lectures by Mark Keating, Senior Lecturer in Tax Law at the University of Auckland Business School, and Ross Welland, Director at Winter International Tax Services, is the first tax event for students in the academic year 2014/15. Attendance is free of charge for students specialising in tax law at CCLS only, but registration is required due to space limitations.

Mark Keating, University of Auckland, will speak about “Experiences with a Statutory General Anti-Avoidance Provision – Lessons for the UK from the Ebb and Flow of Avoidance in Australia, NZ and Canada”.

Ross Welland, Winter International Tax Services, will speak about “Aspects of the UK tax system for globally mobile employees”.
