PRANGERS

Prangers are a three-piece heavy metal project from Rochdale, described as bass music concrète, known for energetic live performances. They incorporate spoken word, bass-driven soundscapes, found percussion, tape loops, and field recordings, alongside unconventional instruments like scrap metal to create raw, chaotic beats.

ABOUT THIS EVENT

The Crystal Ballroom is right opposite Glossop train station, above Harvey Leonard's (bar).

The bands playing at TBC #18 will be finished by 10.30pm at the latest - the last train from Glossop back to Manchester Piccadilly is at 10.52.

We will be accepting donations for Glossopdale Foodbank on the night of the show. The items that they particularly need at the moment are: tinned meat like chicken in white sauce or stewing steak; long life milk; tinned fruit; tinned custard; rice pudding; tinned sweetcorn; tinned vegetables; toilet paper; soap; shampoo and conditioner.

The event will take place in an upstairs room; unfortunately no lift access is available so stairs will need to be navigated.
