This unique one-day workshop that will help you discover both the secrets of successful time management and more importantly the areas that you personally can improve on to be more successful.
There are so many applications of successful time management in every walk of life. This programme will help you to target the areas you really want to change and develop those behaviours that will make a difference.
We will then explore the behaviours that help with successful time management, see how they work and then check on what you need to do to be more skilled with them.

How does this programme make a difference?
During the day we will work as a team. We will spend 80% of the time doing activities together, practicing, drawing conclusions and considering the practical applications for you in your everyday life.
The programme will also provide you with extensive notes in a workbook that will give you reference to external sources - websites and recommended books. There's also further reading on the subject and lots of ideas with tips and traps to avoid.
This workshop will enable you as a participant to:
- Understand and apply the six great principles of successful time management
- Identify your own strengths and areas to improve
- Develop the behaviours that you need to keep on top of work and protect your personal time
- Work on areas that you have identified for improvement
This one day workshop is held at the Clare Charity Centre, Wycombe Road, Saunderton, Buckinghamshire. The workshop will start at 9.30am and run through to 4.30pm with breaks for tea/coffee and lunch.
