TDTS Cohort 2
Event Information
About this Event
Following the excellent teacher feedback from TDTS Stoke cohort 1 the OA are delighted to erepeat the CPD offer to extend the reach to more teachers from the schools that participated previously and to include schools that did not previously have the chance to engage.
TDTS is a four day sustained CPD programme and is facilitated by the developers and experts from Oxford Brookes University. Stoke on Trent is delighted to welcome Bridget Holligan and Helen Wilson to the city to continue to support subject pedagogical expertise.
Subject concepts and big ideas, meaningful dialogue and purposeful practical work can challenge misconceptions and support children to achieve deeper, long term understanding to carry forwrad between year groups and phases through the spiral curriculum.
This CPD is ideal for teachers without specialist knowledge in science or less confident with enquiry.
