UAL Awarding Body design and award creative qualifications that empower and inspire educators to help students reach their potential. We offer qualifications in art and design, fashion, creative media, music and performing and production arts. We are also the UK's largest provider of the Foundation Diploma in Art and Design qualification.

During this informative one-day event you can learn more about the UAL Awarding Body and the qualifications we deliver.

Matthew Moseley and Vicky Cull, Chief Examiners of UAL Awarding Body’s Art and Design qualifications will be facilitating the creative process: explore, develop, apply workshop which will explore the use and application of the creative process which is at the heart of UAL Awarding Body qualifications. During the workshop they will be discussing the application of the creative process across all the UAL Awarding Body qualifications and how this can inform your practice and delivery of these qualifications, in relation to explore-develop-apply.

You can enjoy talks from Neil Manning, Head of School of Art and Design at Edinburgh College about delivering our qualifications and the student’s experience, and Elizabeth Beidler, Progression Manager at The Glasgow School of Art about the progression into Higher Education. You can also hear from Annie Graham, former UAL Foundation Diploma student (Edinburgh College) who later achieved a BA Hons and MLitt in Fine Art (The Glasgow School of Art).

This is a great opportunity to connect and network with your colleagues. Lunch and a drinks reception will also be provided for guests.
