Come along to our drop in session to find out more about routes into teaching, the application process and the initial teacher training offered by Teach Manchester.

Teach Manchester offers the following School Direct Routes

• Primary - general (with Manchester Metropolitan University)
• Primary - general with SEN (with the University of Cumbria)
• Secondary - Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Business Studies, history, Geography (with the University of Manchester)
• Secondary - Maths, English, Computing, Geography, History, MFL, PE and RE (with Manchester Metropolitan University)

This is a drop in event with staff on hand to talk to you about your individual circumstances and the application process. 

Registration is preferred to help us us to plan the appropriate staffing levels, however if you have not registered you are still welcome to Zoom in and see us.

What time should I arrive?

Please drop in anytime between 17:30 and 18:30. A vareity of staff will be available to talk to you about different routes and the application process. There is no requirement to stay for the full time slot; if we've answered your questions, do feel free to leave. We anticipate that most potential trainees would spend 15-30 minutes with us on a 1:1 or small group basis.   

How will the event run?

We will have a number of breakout rooms available within our Zoom Online Event, which will focus on a particular route (e.g. Primary or Secondary), or on topics (such as funding and qualifications). Our hosts will move you in to the most appropriate room for what you wish to learn more about.

I'd like to come, but I can't make this timeslot?
