Event description

Description

MFL London is back, with renewed purpose and vigour!

Curriculum is at the forefront of our thoughts (and Ofsted’s) and so it should be, but it’s pretty hard sometimes to know where to start and what to do. MFL London is here to help. Come along and listen to perspectives on building a research-led curriculum, exploring the ‘3 Is’ (Intent, Implementation and Impact) and beyond.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Nick Fee: Lead Practitioner for Modern Foreign Languages at Harris Academy South Norwood and Chair of MFL London
  • Verity Howorth: Assistant Headteacher (Curriculum and Assessment Phase 3-5) at REACH Academy Feltham,
  • Dan McPherson: Assistant Heacteacher (Safeguarding & SEN) & network lead. Former AHT (MFL/ Pupil Progress) and MFL HoD
  • Jane Brierly: Deputy Head of French at Michaela Community School
  • Hannah Bristow: Associate Assistant Head Teacher, Learning and Progress Co-ordinator for year 10
  • The British Council on their new funding scheme and school exchanges

Excited to see you there!
