Teach Physics
Overview
The i2i Teaching Partnership is an Ofsted-Outstanding school centered initial teacher training provider (SCITT). Recognised for their innovative, flexible and highly supportive approach, their training programmes are designed to give aspiring teachers the practical experience, guidance, and support they need to start their teaching careers with confidence. Our purpose is clear: to develop exceptional teachers and future leaders who will improve the life chances of every young person they teach.
With training centres in Farnham, Reigate, Shepperton, Basingstoke and Southampton, and a wide network of diverse partner schools across Surrey, Hampshire, West London and the South Coast, i2i can ensure trainees are placed close to home so they can focus on developing their practice without a long commute and can build a career in their local community.
This is an opportunity to explore if a career teaching Physics is for you:
- learn more about i2i's teacher training programmes and what a career in teaching can offer
- receive guidance and advice on the application process, entry requirements and funding options and career progression
- learn about our School Experience Programme.
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions to our teaching professionals:
Liz Wylie
Liz is one of the i2i Teaching Partnership Directors. She has a wealth of experience in the education sector - starting as a music teacher, then going on to hold various senior leadership roles for over 20 years, including Head Teacher in a successful 11-16 school in Hampshire. Liz has always taught throughout all of her roles, relishing her time in the classroom. This has always enabled her to reevaluate her own practice and to enjoy inspiring students through her subject. There’s no one more passionate about the impact a teacher can make on the lives of the students.
