ABOUT
TEACH THE WORD is Calvary Chapel UK‘s annual national bible teaching conference for all the family. A day of worship, bible teaching and fellowship, with a creche, and full programmes for children and youth. Refreshments will be provided free of charge, just bring your own lunch!

The focus of this years conference is "Our blessed Hope", taken from Titus 2:13.

CHILDREN & YOUTH
We have a full programme available for kids age 2 up to youth age 18:
> Stay & Play (Under 2's): An unsupervised play area at back of Main Hall
> Creche (Ages 2-4): A drop off and leave your kids creche (or stay with them if you prefer)
> Kids Ministry (Ages 5+): Runs for all 4 teaching sessions (with a break for lunch)
> Youth Ministry (School years 6-13): Runs for the first 3 sessions (with break for lunch). The Youth will join the adults for final session of the day.
IMPORTANT: ALL CHILDREN FOR CRECHE & KIDS MINISTRY (NOT YOUTH) MUST BE REGISTERED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE. The registration table will be in the Atrium (lobby), and will be open from 9.30am

TRAVEL & PARKING INFORMATION
> TRAVEL BY TRAIN:
The King’s Centre is just a 10–15 minute walk, or 5 minute taxi ride, from the main Oxford rail station in Oxford city centre. Taxi's are always available outside the train station.
> TRAVEL BY CAR:
>> Venue Car Park: There is a limited number of parking spaces available in the venue car park, and spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. We strongly encourage everyone to arrive at the venue as early as possible and to car share where they can.
When the car park is full, alternative parking will need to be found.
>> Street parking around the venue. No parking restrictions are in place on a Saturday, and there a number of spaces along the roads surrounding the venue.
>> The SEACOURT PARK & RIDE facility: There are 5 Park & Ride services operating around Oxford, with easy access from the motorways. The nearest is the Seacourt, just off the A34 Botley Interchange. The next most convenient is the Thornhill, on the east side of the city. Parking and journey fees apply. Please check the Park and Ride website for most current prices. Buses run every 15-20 minutes. You will need to get off at the Osney Island bus stop on Botley Road, from where The King's Centre is just a 5-10 minute

LUNCH & REFRESHMENTS
Refreshments (Tea, coffee, pastries & biscuits etc) will be provided upon arrival and during all break times (free of charge). BUT REMEMBER: You need to bring your own lunch!
