Event Details

The Mental Health in Further Education Network (MHFE)  and BIS Community Learning Mental Health Pilot are offering a webinar every weekday from 10th - 30th October to celebrate World Mental Health Day 2015.

On Friday 16 October we are pleased to bring you:

"Teacher wellbeing: leadership behaviours that support the wellbeing of part-time teachers working in outreach locations"

by Ann Creed, FETL Resesarch Fellow

This session will offer you the chance to find out what a diverse cross-section of part-time teachers think about links between leadership and wellbeing and what they perceive as the relative impact of specific leadership behaviours on teaching and learning. The research findings, from a yet unpublished report funded by the Further Education for Leadership, will challenge you to think about your own practice and consider how effectively teachers working off-site, in the community or the workplace, are best supported.
