What is a webinar?

A webinar is an online conference or training session where delegates can watch from their computer, tablet or any device that can access the internet. You are able to ask questions at the end of the presentation by submitting questions via keyboard/touchscreen to the webinar presenter.

How do I access the webinar?

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a gotowebinar link within it that you must click. Please check your junk folder as some email accounts mark gotowebinar as junk. If you, do notreceive a confirmation, please email and we will assist further.

Do I need any special equipment or software to watch?

You will need speakers or a headset, when you click on the link it will automatically open the software you require.

Do I have to watch it live or can I watch it at a later date?

All BDA webinars are recorded as they will be available to buy at a later date from our online store. We will no longer be sending out links to the webinars to all participants post webinar broadcast.

What happens if I’m not available at the time of the webinar?

If you are unable to watch the webinar live, you can either buy access to the recorded webinar at a later date from our online shop or if you have purchased access to the webinar, but were unable to watch it because of personal circumstances, please email us and we will aim to get the recorded webinar to you within 10 working days.

How long will it last?

Most webinars last for an hour and ther is usually an opportunity to ask questions at the end, speaker permitting.

Do we get a certificate?
