About this event

Based on the Simon Breakspear -Teaching sprints methodology, we will support you to develop and improve your teacher professional practices in a manageable way. In this workshop we will explore how this technique can be applied to planning and improvement for language departments and faculties, making change manageable and achievable.

There will be two parts to this:

  • an Eventbrite workshop on Thursday 11 September 16.00-17.15 open to anyone who is interested in finding out more about the programme, followed by:
  • the opportunity to sign up as individual departments to work with us over the remainder of the session. We will have three meetings with you:
  1. an initial discussion to identify the change you want to achieve, and look together at ways to do this
  2. a mid-point check-in to discuss progress and any adjustments needed
  3. a follow-up meeting at the end of the sprint to evaluate the success and impact of your work

This no obligation introductory workshop will offer the opportunity to sign up for subsequent departmental input.

The sessions will be hosted on MS Teams and will not be recorded.
