Insights: 25 years in Teacher Development Panel Discussion 3 : Teaching Young Learners Insights

About this Event

Few things can match the satisfaction of teaching young learners, but it is an area that comes with its challenges! Whether you have been teaching young learners for years or are just thinking about going into this area in the future, the third NILE Insights Panel Discussion is just for you.

This Insights session provides a forum for you to connect with a panel of experts to discuss and examine a variety of aspects of Teaching Young Learners.

Some areas that could be considered:

  • How to successfully launch your career in teaching young learners
  • Routines and classroom management
  • Activities to motivate young learners to use English!
  • The different skills needed to teach pre-primary, primary and teens.
  • Distance learning with children
  • Supporting the social and emotional aspects of learning
  • Communicating with and supporting parents

NILE Deputy Director, Mike Riley, is joined by three panellists bringing different perspectives on the world of Teaching Young Learners. Sarah Hillyard, Argentina, Siv Sears, UK, and Claudia Rey, Argentina, will be answering the host’s and your questions, and some of their own.

You can submit your questions in advance or pose them directly to the panel during the live session. Details on how to do this are available upon registration.

This interactive, insightful event is free to all – but places are limited!
