The run can be done anytime between 00.01hrs to 23.59 the run must be started and completed in 1 go. You may pause the run them continue but there can't be more than a 45 min gap.

The run must be started and completed on the same day.

You must run everyday to qualify.

You can run indoors or outdoors.

A 1 mile must be at least 1.6k

A 5k must be at least 3.1 mile

A 10k must be at least 6.2 mile

If you want you can celebrate your achievement with a Medal and a Technical T-shirt.
