Introduction

It is well documented that team work is vital, it is essential to the creation of co-operative and collaborative working. However, there are obstacles to achieveing effective teamwork but we can learn techniques and explore ways to overcome barriers to achieving teamwork success.

Who should attend?

This workshop is open to all workers, team managers, service and division managers, directors, heads of service, CEOs and members of the board. Everyone is part of the team and will benefit from exploring and learning new skills.

This workshop provides individual and group work on the themes of:

  • Change
  • Conflict
  • Corporate well-being and improving outputs.

Throughout the programme the participants will engage in combining exotic foodstuffs, as the workshop operates through this medium.
