Via a mix of presentation, case studies and small group discussion, the following will be explored:

  • The range of professional guidance in relation to team communication.
  • The common barriers to effective team communication – personal, team and organisational.
  • The components of effective team communication.

At the end of this course delegates will feel better equipped to recognise and mitigate team communication risks within their own environment.
